04/10/2018 Construction of the first phase of the Elm Farm Park Commercial Units Scheme is underway. Concrete mixers arrived on site early morning pouring 130m3 of concrete into the foundations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A Hybrid Future for Seamans Building

We are pleased to have recently installed 2 Electric car charging points to the front of our Head office here at Elm Farm Park.

Seamans currently have 2 Hybrid cars within our fleet which require this facility, and we offer it to any guest who wishes to ‘top up’ on their visit to Seamans Building.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sod Cutting Ceremony – Elm Farm Park Commercial Units Scheme

Construction of the first phase of the Elm Farm Park Commercial Units B1 Scheme is set to begin later this month, after successfully obtaining Planning Permission in 2016.

The site will comprise 3 offices and 9 high spec light industrial spaces, all located on the site between Thurston and Norton just off the A14 near Bury St. Edmunds.

Elm Farm Park consists of a series of former Victorian agricultural buildings with more modern offices built alongside, overlooking open countryside.
