Suffolk Joint Construction Committee Awards 2019

Seamans Building attended the Suffolk Joint Construction Committee Awards on the 9th May 2019.  With 2 entries in the running for an award, Seamans  were delighted to receive winning awards for both!

Firstly, Seamans picked up the Winners Award for Best New Build – Large Scheme, for the 14 Almshouses, Framlingham completed earlier this year. This project designed by Hollins Architects and built for The Mills Charity now provides quality living space for selected families in need.

Secondly, Seamans gained the Winners Award for a Restoration & Refurbishment project at a listed property within the town centre of  Bury St Edmunds.  Extensive work was carried out internally and externally restoring this previous wine merchants into a modern and unique family home.
