Seamans Building understands the specific demands within the educational sector and is able to provide a comprehensive New School ‘design & build’ service for new build schools and colleges – working with both local authorities and independent bodies, on traditional, partnered, framework and Design and Build contract agreements.
Seamans Building has also been instrumental in building a variety of community facilities for a wide range of users, including libraries and community centres and other public spaces, working in close co-operation with local authorities, parish councils, public and private sector bodies.
