Seamans Building has an exciting opportunity for a Management Trainee to join the team at our Thurston office.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and motivated person to join our management training programme, where they will have the opportunity to try a variety of roles within the company.

Whether its planning, project management, quantity surveying, design or estimating, there are a host of opportunities in which to excel.

Working with a mentor, the successful applicant will receive one-on-one training in all areas of the business before choosing an area to specialise in.

The position includes enrolment onto a fully funded, part-time degree course at university, providing an excellent earn as you learn opportunity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong GCSE results, and who expects to achieve good A level results or equivalent vocational qualifications, to embark on a career in construction and to gain a high-level qualification.

Applicants do not have to have experience or knowledge of construction, just an eagerness to learn.
