Our skilled bricklayers, carpenters, joiners, painters, plasterers and plumbers have a wealth of experience in building maintenance, in both domestic and industrial sectors, and refurbishment, particularly of listed buildings.

The team applies the same professional service and workmanship to insurance work – breathing new life into buildings damaged by fire, flood or subsidence.

Minor repairs and maintenance through to major refurbishments are all within this team’s remit, which also includes welding and fabrication of steel.

Seamans Building’s tradespeople are directly employed and many have honed their crafts through apprenticeships with the company.  All our employees possess the skills and ability to produce quality work, understand clients’ expectations, and have the flexibility and expertise to deliver.
