Our qualified skilled bricklayers, carpenters, joiners, painters, plasterers and plumbers all have a wealth of experience in both domestic and industrial building maintenance and refurbishment, particularly of listed buildings.

The team applies the same professional service and workmanship to insurance work – breathing new life into buildings damaged by fire, flood or subsidence.

We are proud to be able to offer services which include roofing and other emergency repairs, specialist metalwork fabrication, bespoke joinery and both reactive and planned maintenance.

Seamans Building’s tradespeople are directly employed and many have honed their crafts through apprenticeships within the company. We pride ourselves on all our employees possessing the skills and ability to produce quality work, understand clients’ expectations, and having the flexibility and expertise to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Seamans Building are always looking to the future and consequently have an ongoing apprenticeship training policy ensuring that skills will be preserved.
