PV Installation at Prospect House - December 2011

Seamans Building committed to a PV installation to three south facing roof slopes at Prospect house, our company HQ, late August 2011. On the day planning permission was received the government announced their intent to review the FIT payments. The PV industry was thrown into turmoil. Regardless of resources being stretched we found local provider Renewable Solutions who delivered an on time installation, allowing us to register and generate power before the review date and speculation of the solar industry’s death kicked in.

We are delighted with the installation and thanks to Glenn King, project manager for his hard work in realising the installation in time!
