Future Proof 2009 Design Awards

The Clay Field project won the ‘Future Proof Award’ in the 2009 Housing Design Awards and was a 2009 RIBA Award winner, also making the final “long list” stages of the acclaimed RIBA Sterling Prize.

Seamans Building were appointed the Main Contractor for this project at Elmswell, Suffolk.
