Administrator – Homes 2 Office

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our friendly Heating and Plumbing division.  Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Administration and secretarial support for the department
  • First point of contact for all customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Diary management
  • Invoicing
  • Producing operation and maintenance manuals

The successful candidate will be confident managing a varied and busy workload, together with the following qualifications and workplace skills:

  • Educated to A Level or equivalent
  • GCSE in Maths and English (C /Level 4 or above)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Typing speed (approximately 30-40 words per minute minimum)
  • Previous experience of invoicing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly and personable character
